Splatform is published by Midknight Entertainment LTD (“we”). This policy explains what data the game handles and who receives it.
Splatform has no account system and no login, and we run no servers of our own. Your progress, coins, settings and unlocked items are saved only on your device and are deleted when you uninstall the game.
We do use an analytics service to understand how the game is played — for example which levels people stop at. Those events are processed for us by Unity and are tied to a random identifier, not to your name, email or account. Everything else below is collected directly by third-party services built into the app and is governed by those companies’ own privacy policies.

Splatform is free and supported by advertising.
Splatform is not directed at children. It contains cartoon violence and is not intended for users under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided data to one of the services listed above, please contact us and we will help you raise it with the relevant provider.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, and to object to it being used for advertising.
You can delete everything the game stores on your device by uninstalling it. Declining consent, or withdrawing it later from Settings → Privacy Settings, stops analytics collection and asks for previously collected analytics data to be deleted. For data held by an advertising partner, the request generally needs to go to that partner. For data held by an advertising partner, see that partner’s privacy policy, linked below.
